As advertised by Plugable, I'm running two of my four external monitors via this adapter.
I have had problems if I put my system to sleep with my monitors still connected. I have a LOT of devices and monitors hooked up to my Macbook Pro though, so I can't say if this is a problem with the Plugable adapter or not. What I have found is that if I disconnect everything, put my mac to sleep, and hook everything back up after waking it, it all works perfectly when plugged back in. So I always either disconnect or just shut down completely. Everything starts back up in good order from a complete shutdown even with all devices pre-connected.
